Ingredient
- 100 gm minced pork/chicken, season with 1 tsp of corn flour and 2 tsp of soya sauce
- 2 eggs, add 1/2 tsp salt, some pepper and beat well
Method
- add seasoned meat into the beaten egg, mix well with a fork/spoon
- heat 1 tbsp oil in wok at high heat
- scoop one tbsp of egg mixture into wok, reduce fire to medium and fry both side till golden yellow
- dish out and serve
- keep excess in fridge, heat up tomorrow morning and make sandwiches for beakfast.
